As a conveyor belting distributor and fabricator, our products primarily consist of rubber, PVC, urethane, and fabric-based materials, which do not typically contain conflict minerals. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and to confirm that our materials are not derived from sources contributing to armed conflict or human rights abuses.
Should any future sourcing changes arise that may involve materials covered under conflict minerals reporting requirements, Beltservice will take appropriate steps to ensure continued compliance and transparency.
