This Reveyron belt is ideal for the food industry, offering a unique non-fray, flexible polyester weft carcass designed for troughing conveyors. The top cover features a 92 durometer matte finish for easy release of food products, while the bottom cover has a high-gloss rice grain profile for excellent wear characteristics and easy cleaning. Made entirely of 100% polyurethane (PU), this belt conforms to European food regulations under EC/1935/2004 and EC/2002/72 and has passed global and specific migration tests for the five classes of simulants. FDA approved under CFR 21 177.2600, it also complies with FDA regulations and EU recommendations for the transport of foodstuffs, including 1935/2004/EC and 2023/2006/EC.
